Excruciatingly long, awful, torture they acted like it was an xfactor audition when it was a customer service advisor role. Probably had about 5 interviews with different people before I got the job. This was the branch at Glasgow St Vincent

Had to go online for a video interview (same day as I applied) and answer basic customer service questions which where not difficult. The setup to access the service was quite easy too.

Applied online via indeed and had a video interview within about a month after applying. Not a difficult process and questions were mainly behavioural questions centred around communication skills and problem solving in different situations
