Fill out the application form which includes competency questions and sjt style questions. Once the form is completed, they send you an invite for the numerical test. Pass the numerical, then you will receive an email to book a telephone interview

First they send you a link for a numerical reasoning test and if you pass that you are invited to take part in a telephone interview, if you proceed after that you are invited to an assessment centre.
