The process was a long because the job was in another city, and they wanted to be sure about their decision, it included 2 interviews and tests, one of them was a Skill review, mostly about use of Excel and the other one was a Personality test.

Der Bewerbungsprozess umfasste zwei Gespräche, die in einer äußerst positiven Atmosphäre stattfanden. Die gestellten Fragen waren angemessen und bezogen sich sowohl auf meine allgemeine Arbeitsweise als auch auf fachliche Themen. Insgesamt hatte ich eine sehr gute Erfahrung und fühlte mich während des gesamten Prozesses fair und professionell behandelt.

The Excecises where not hard and it was kinda a mix between math and logic.
