It was a video interview you can record at your own time. Based on about 4-5 questions with 2 minutes for each recording and you can re-record your answer for upto 3 times

The process was rather straight forward with questions that I had experienced previously in other similar customer service roles. Would advice to stick to the STAR methodology and prepare as best possible. The interviewer was rather kind and people friendly.
