Entrevista
This company hires through a staffing company called HCS, who will screen you for IQ, Technical knowledge, and Typing Speed. After passing all the tests, you will have an interview with one of the HCS Recruiters who will also ask you a series of technical questions to test your troubleshooting skills. Finally, the Project Manager that you will be working for if hired will also interview you at the Southfield location. This interview was in front of a small panel made up of the Project Manager, Trainer, and Quality Manager. After passing this one you will report for training.

While you are correct that we do augment our staff through various avenues like HCS, we still do most of our hiring in-house through our Recruiting Department. So it is true that there are a lot of times that we have so many positions open that we must reach out to other companies, we still look at everyone the same way; as employees. The process was very quick, it only took two days for them to update you the results. From assessment to initial then final. All in all, good hiring process. Highly recommended

Interview process was great. HR first then Hiring Manager. Had technical issues on my end but they are kind enough to reschedule. Less than an hour after the final interview, I was given the job offer.

Entrevista
5 minute interview seemed forceful and judgy. Told me i was going to have the second interview in the next couple of days, never got a second interview, didn’t even have the common courtesy of telling me I didn’t get the job.
