Syngenta outsourced the talent management/recruiting portion, which added a lot of time to the overall process. The interview itself was pretty good. Getting reimbursed took way too long (over a month), and I had to pay for a lot of expenses out of pocket that I wasn't prepared for because usually hiring companies pay those expenses.
