What has made you specifically interested in this area of business and why at Syngenta?
The interview process at Syngenta usually starts with an online application or recruiter screening call. Candidates may complete aptitude or technical tests depending on the role. This is followed by one or two technical interviews and a final HR interview focusing on experience, skills, and cultural fit before receiving an offer.

I did an introductory interview with the human resources. The dialogue was very friendly and aimed at understanding not only my core skills but also computer skills and my languages knowledge in addition to English

Proceso muy amable y llevadero. Dos entrevistas, una primera entrevista virtual con recursos humanos y otra presencial con el equipo del área en la que se integrará. El proceso tomó un mes aproximadamente.
