Explain past experience. Where have you done something (a project) that failed? What skills do you think would be necessary for the role and where have you shown them? A problem arises on the plant, what steps do you take to resolve it? How would you budget for a project? What goes where? Group activity was a puzzle, was pretty long ngl bc there were so many variations but nothing to worry about.
