Entrevista
They do everything they can to try to make you feel uncomfortable from start to finish. Then the interviewers are as rude as possible. When you remain calm and unflustered they will become more and more insulting. It is almost comical to see what they will do next. They will ask you about databases and when you give an answer like databases will have a one to one or a one to many relationship they will tell you that you are all wrong (keep in mind I was interviewing for a sales position not a database position). What I found out afterwards is that for their sales and client service staff they do what is known as a hostile or high stress interview. Apparently, in good times no one uses these techniques because they loose too much talent. In bad times companies can get away with this because people are desperate for jobs. From the interview I was in they did not appear to be a company that fosters innovative thinking.

A Skype interview with the recruiter who was totally unfriendly, was not looking at me during the interview. He didn't seem to be interested in the process, however the feedback was positive
The process with the recruiter was easy to schedule the interviews. The actual interview was a panel process with managers in multiple departments. I had 2 follow up interviews that were scheduled over a 3 week period. The actual interview process was long and drawn out. I had to send multiple emails to follow up to find out I didn't get the position.

It was awful process, I did 3 interviews and succeeded all of them and after 2 months of back and forth emails, I have been told that they were not able to send me an offer because of changes to the position they previously advertised. They have the worst recruitment process ever and their recruiters especially in EMEA are not professional at all.
