I have got email from HR mentioning that this email is regarding your application a while back, and it asked me to provide some details through their portal. I have got call from HR almost 4 times saying that the interview call is scheduled at 3-4PM on Wednesday and then based on result there will be F2F interviews.. On wednesday after waiting for 40 minutes I called the HR to inform that no one from ThoughtWorks has called me and she tried to reach out the interviewer and she could not reach him (may be he dint answer).
After that she told me that she might have to reschedule and then around 4.25 i got a call saying that it is from ThoughtWorks and i informed him saying that HR was about to reschedule the meeting, so he asked me we can do it now also, if i am available for the call.
So it started from 4.35 PM till 5.34 PM with continuous questions with one of the case study, I answered all of it with all my previous and current project experience. Next day i got email from same HR that they are not able to process my profile because of no open positions that can suite my skill and experience. Shocking is that whole process has started without a proper JD in any of the email and even when I asked during the interview that what they are looking for and is it a domain specific interviewer mentioned that ThoughWorks is independent of domain for BAs so they need people who can work on different domains.
As a candidate I ask ThoughtWork that when you can spend 1 hour of time did not you realize that whether the person is eligible or his/her skills are suitable for the position or not. I started follow up with HR to know, what is that they are looking for in candidate and what was factor that not suited for this position, I am still waiting for their answer even after multiple times of calling them and emailing them.
So I suggest candidates who apply for ThoughWorks to make sure that you do not lose your time for the people who will not tell you what is your plus and minus in that interview.

Great interview experience. Quick responses, feedback was given timely after each stage. The interviews itself were very engaging, very smart and prepared people, asking challenging but fair questions. I loved the cultural interview.

4 rounds - 1 with HR, 1 technical assessment (conversation where they assess your BA theoretical + situational knowledge), 1 case study, and 1 cultural and leadership interview. The entire process took about 1 month.
Overall a fantastic experience; one of the most enjoyable interview experiences I've had. Next steps were always clear and came quickly (within 1 to 2 days), so you never really have to be in limbo for long. Interviewers were also very genuine and kind - they really want to get to know you and assess your fit for the company. They're also very helpful with answering any questions you may have, which really helps in understanding whether Thoughtworks is right for you.
