Very standard, a phone round followed by 4 interviews, system design, behaviour, especialization(coding) and a leetcode round. If you are from Brazil and are paired with bitter americans your chances of success are very small, they dont want you and it showed during interviews in their hostility unlike interviews done by people in Brazil. I was good on all 4 rounds and still they find room for rejection, ann they announce the role again in Linkedin. Honestly I am not even sure if the role even exists, it is a very dangerous waste of time, you study hard for the interview and even after doing well they reject you if you are not absolute perfect I suppose; I think it is about those uncofortable scenarios in which if you dont study you have no chance but if you do and do well you are still at mercy of luck. Interview at Uber Brazil only if you can take rejection as a given, it is just too random
