Phone screen, second phone screen and then a personality test and written test followed by a 3-4 hour long on-site interview.
Everyone was great except one person, who was rude from the moment he/she walked in and went on to judge and belittle my current employers title and their org...all the while telling me how they wish they could just keep working with the person they are currently working with (who cannot be on their team any longer and the position I was there to interview for)! Be careful, seems like there are some "bloated" ego's working in Uber's management team. I didn't get an offer, but I had already mentioned how I was not interested after my interview was over.

Great questions, recruiter was able to describe company culture very well and overall a very pleasant and positive experience. He could clearly define an average working day working as EA at Uber.

Entrevista
The interview process was quite easy and straightforward. I felt at ease the whole time and the recruiter was very interested in what I had to say. I really liked the approach and believe that my performance was actually better during the interview as the recruiter kept asking me very tailored questions. Unfortunately, at the end I couldn’t get through as they wouldn’t sponsor my visa, but all in all, a good interview experience and a great recruiter.

The process was normal, however they were unresponsive in the interview process. After the 4th round no one responded back to update whether had progressed to next round or not. Did not reply to any follow up emails.
