It was a series of four face-to-face interviews with different managers from the Operations team. Introductions were exchanged four times but each interviewer had their own set of questions. It was a new experience coming from a small organization, but the staff and hiring associate helped me prepare every step of the way. It was highly organized throughout the multi-interview process - I spoke with 5 people across 6 different 30-45 minute interview slots and also completed a home exercise
