after a couple of phone and web interviews, if selected the HR team asks us to visit the office for further rounds.
1.Aptitude test - consisting of basics aptitude
2. Scenario test 1- HR team conducts a basic scenario test
3. Scenario test 2- one of the Team leads from the office conducts another scenario test with a bit complex scenarios to test our abilities.
4. next round with a manager, test our abilities further by putting the candidate into process related scenario questions.
5. Interview with the site lead.

2. How would you convince a person to start driving with uber
After assessment, initial interview mostly about professional or job experience. They will also discuss compensation and benefits. Tnext is panel interview, situational and behavioral. Other candidates were a lot better than me when it comes to skills, credentials, educafion and experience. Im reallt grateful I was able to pass the screening. Only the two from our group were selected. I think it is not just about how good you are, they are very critical about work ethics and positive attitude.

2 versant rounds followed by interview. 1 was voice versant & other was non-voice versant. The rounds are eliminatory i.e.,If cleared in 1st then proceed to 2nd and then to interview. It took 1 day for whole process and you get to know result on same day or next day

It's starts with online screening followed by interview at office. There were for round. First phone screening followed by Hr, then one of the managers to the round, then senior manager finally the offer
