Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Uber (Amsterdã) em set. de 2017
Entrevista
First step was a phone call with the recruiter. She asked about how past work experience relates with the role and why did I want to work at Uber. At the end of the phone call she said she was progressing me to the next step which was an analytical assignment.
I completed the assignment the following day. It consists of roughly 40 questions with multiple choices to be answered using a dataset. There is a timer in the platform and it must be completed within 2 hours.
A few hours after completing the assignment, the recruiter reached out via email informing that I passed and the next step would be an interview with the hiring manager.
The interview with the hiring manager was a mix between competency based questions, behavioral and a small business case.
Two days after the interview with the hiring manager I was informed that they wouldn't continue with my application. The feedback they provided was that the manager considered I didn't have enough technical skills, however I did not feel at any point that my technical skills were being assessed.
My advise is to research about every aspect of the company and their business model. Also, prepare well for the analytical assignment, there is a lot of help online. Be prepare before they schedule an interview because it has to be done within 2 days after speaking with the recruiter and then you won't have time for preparation.

Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Uber (Varsóvia, Masóvia).

Five to seven rounds of interviews, tests and presentations just to get a “no, thank you” at the end without much of a feedback. Acceptable for regular recruitment but not after weeks dedicated to the process.
Pretty easy at early stages - just need to know about supply and demand basics. Analytics test is harder, but manageable if you know Excel well. They are definitely interested in your problem solving abilities and ability to "get things done" with minimal supervision.
Easy and good with few layers of tech question. Overall good thing. They will ask about data and logical question. So overall process of program is required. 3 total rounds
