Interview process is done through telephonic and Video conference there is 2 to 3 Rounds of interview and first round will be conducted by HR and they will schedule the Zoom Meeting and Team Manager's will conduct the interview.

Mostly, the opportunity is released through LinkedIn or through referrals. The interview process is very common, but the quality of the questions is very direct and to the point. There would be 4 to 5 stages of interviews, first 3 rounds would be technical and last or the next 2 rounds would be to measure your proficiency whether you will be able to survive in the Uber culture.
