Initial phone interview, hiring manager Zoom meeting, in person. The recruiter was extremely unorganized throughout the process and I had to reach out to him numerous times even from the beginning. Overall, the rest of the process was pleasant (with hiring managers/panel).

I interviewed with the Uber Eats team, and the recruiters were very friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. My next interview was with the Hiring Manager, and I had a great conversation learning more about the role and discussing how my skills and experience could be a strong benefit to the team. Overall, it was a great interview experience. However, I was not selected to move forward, and the feedback I received was that I did not answer the situational questions using the STAR method. I found this a bit confusing because, from my understanding, the Hiring Manager did not ask any behavioral or situational scenario-based questions during the interview. That said, I still appreciate the opportunity and the positive experience throughout the process.
