The interviewer was great and polite. The interviewer first talk about my background and then go-ahead talking about the motivations. I enjoyed the interview waiting for the results. Hopefully, I will pass it. Data science means all coding no statistics. If your code is good then you get the job.

Was given a CodeSignal assessment with zero human interaction. two questions were directly from LeetCode medium. Had less than a week to prepare for the coding assessment. Not the way to attract quality researchers to your org. IMO
