Entrevista
Hubo un primer filtro con RH, luego una entrevista con quien sería tu manager y finalmente una entrevista con el equipo completo. Con RH se pregunta qué estás buscando y las prospecciones económicas. Con la manager se hacen preguntas de caso, cómo resolverías este problema? cuánto dinero crees que generaría x campaña en la primera semana? Con el equipo completo también se resuelve alguna pregunta de caso.

A lot of people you need to impress and need to align. They seem to be very afraid of pull the trigger and make a decision.

It was okay until the "Jam" session. Recruiter was very responsive and nice until not anymore after the hiring manager decide to no move forward.
Jam session was very confusing and misleading, with barely no questions, no guidance jeopardizing the flow.
