Entrevista
I sent in my application and got an invitation to do a creative exercise two weeks later. Within the three day time limit, I sent it in and less than three hours later I got the "great news!" email asking my skype availability for an interview. I was scheduled for one shortly after. The interview lasted about 20 mins and I was asked a lot of situational questions ie. "How do you tackle 300 customer complaints? What would you do if you didn't know the answer to a question your customer's emailing you about? How would you explain uber to a friend?" etc. I was then told that they would get back to me ASAP with an answer, between one and two days, but I never heard anything.

nothing out of the ordinary. should be very easy if you have customer service experience. if you dont, just be sure to show you have a sense of urgency in the work place

I had a screening interview with a recruiter and another interview with the team leaders. I don't recall if I also took a test. During the interview with the team leaders, even though I answered their questions confidently, I sensed they wouldn’t hire me. During the screening interview, I mentioned that I have a child, and the recruiter asked who would take care of my child while I work. For an American tech company in the sharing economy business, I found this question extremely outrageous and misogynistic. They said I would receive the results within a week, but after a week had passed, I had to reach out to the recruiters myself to get an answer. In the end, I felt relieved that they didn’t offer me the job.

Entrevista
Very quick process, takes too long to let someone know if they’ll be hired or not. Also they had some technical difficulties while having my interviews, both the recruiter and the TLs/Managers. They connected late compared to the actual schedule.

About half an hour of discussion and questions, friendly and warm attitude, they answered all my questions as well and were very open and eager. Overall positive and pleasant experience.
