They basically leave out key info about the position until the very end, such as the lack of benefits, insurance or anything of the sort. I was interviewed by their Dubai HQ. Could waste way less time by just letting people know upfront how little to gain beyond a basic salary there is.
I completed a two-stage interview process. The first stage was remote with three managers, while the second one was in-person with executive heads interviewing. Each interview lasted about 45 minutes and they provided time at the end for me to ask questions .
