Applied online with a resume.
I received after some days an analytical test, containing 32 questions (Excel, data + Vlookup).
Apparently the test was good as I was offered an interview at Uber's offices.
Went for the first interview with 2 managers. 30 minutes to prepare on something which may take around 10, don't think too far / too much they just want a raw estimation, just be yourself.
One week later I received a positive response and was invited for another interview, with a Director of Operations.
The interview was 1h30 long, planed beforehand. It was really focused on data, providing analysis and revolving around business model etc.
Unfortunately I did miss some point there and badly managed the final part of the interview.
Was told 2 days later that they will not go further this time, let's try it again in some months!
One thing which is a not really cool: after a 3 weeks+ long interview process, no feedback was provided about the reason of the final decision.
All the people I met were really nice!

The process was smooth and professional overall. First spoke with a recruiter, followed by a video interview focused on operations, problem-solving, and communication skills. Interviewers were friendly and explained the role clearly. The process moved fairly quickly.

The interview was very smooth and the hiring manager was able to answer the questions that I had regarding the company. Many behavioral questions and questions about the company. Make sure to do research on values and company goals!

Entrevista
La primera entrevista es con Recursos humanos para conocer más de la vacante y del aplicante. Hay una segunda entrevista que es con el manager de la posición, y se decide si te mandan a panel o no. En caso de ser positivo se te envía un caso de negocios que tienes que resolver en cierto tiempo (depende del caso) y se presenta.
