My process was quite standard for this position. 1) Analytics 32 questions test mainly to identify your working skills with Excel and raw data. It will take you 2 hrs without pauses. Make sure you do know how to use Excel fluently (especially pivot tables). If you're not sure (like me:) then you really need to practice before staring the test. You will get a 2 csv tables with a raw unsorted data (7 different parameters in one unsplitted cells like "0,12,8,10,5,4,1"; 300+ rows). You will need to split all the cells to succesfully sort and calculate this parameters with pivot tables and charts (way faster) or formulas (slower). And then answer different questions based on this numbers and several open questions mainly to identify your market sense. Five to seven rounds of interviews, tests and presentations just to get a “no, thank you” at the end without much of a feedback. Acceptable for regular recruitment but not after weeks dedicated to the process.
Pretty easy at early stages - just need to know about supply and demand basics. Analytics test is harder, but manageable if you know Excel well. They are definitely interested in your problem solving abilities and ability to "get things done" with minimal supervision.
Easy and good with few layers of tech question. Overall good thing. They will ask about data and logical question. So overall process of program is required. 3 total rounds
