Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Uber (San Francisco, CA) em jun. de 2015
Entrevista
Round 0: Screening with the recruiter, which seems almost as good as an interview. The recruiter did a great job at explaining the role, and expectations. Also, was great at getting me excited about this job.
Round 1: Phone interview with the hiring manager, who spent a good deal of time in explaining the vision of the team, and painting a picture of the expectations from an otherwise ambiguous role. Felt like a very detailed conversation with all the right questions asked and answered.
Round 2: Case study
Round 3: On site. Three interviews with a wide panel. The hiring manager stayed up later to answer any doubts.
Round 4: Interview with the VP.

The case study was a snippet of a real-life project they were working on, and required a deep analysis.

Took an online test and passed. Next step was screener call with HR and then interview with someone from the operations team. Didn't hear back for a week and then received an automated rejection email. Sent a couple of emails to ask for feedback but got no response. Not a great HR experience.

I applied on the uber website, a day later I received an email from recruitment asking me to do the two hour analytics test.
I did the test and got a response the following day that I did well and that recruitment would like to have a telephonic interview with me.
I had two interviews with Recruitment. One was over the phone and the other was via Skype. Both the interviewers asked the same questions.
I was then told that I would have 4 interviews onsite. All 4 interviews were very similar. They all asked the same questions.
I don't understand why i needed to have 4 interviews instead of a panel interview with 4 people.
