Online assessment test was given prior to moving forward with interviews. After the assessment, I had one phone screening with a recruiter and one panel interview with 3 managers. Pretty straightforward questions.

Fair organised three stages, one with the recruiter, hiring manager, and case study with General Manager, and Panel. Detailed case study on how to improve your territory. Recruiter was available and responsive and outline the process from the beginning.

Q: Describe a time when you worked to with internal stakeholders to make a change for a client?

This was the worst interview process I have ever been through.
After an initially quick first and second stage within a few days of one another, I was sent the task and asked to present 3 days later. This was not an easy task, involving the build of 2 presentations so it was going to take a long time to complete and 3 days was going to be tough. However I was informed that I was up against somebody else and if they did the task sooner, they would get the role.
On the day of the presentation, the interview was cancelled and then moved three times as the interviewer was "too busy". This was eventually moved to 2 weeks later - on the morning of the interview, the HR rep from U4B called to check in but it was apparent he was unprepared for the call, with him getting confused on what the format of the interview was going to be.
At the time of the interview, the wrong zoom link was sent to me and once I got on the call, the interviewers told me there was no need to present and it became a competency based interview. Following the call, the HR rep rang to say the interviewers had run the wrong type of interview and could I present the next week. I was told I "pretty much had the role" but that I needed to present first.
I proceeded to pull out of the process as it was clearly so unorganised and I can't imagine what it would be like to work for a company that can't even run a hiring process.
