Long, easy typical questions the impression they left on me is that they are bunch of overconfident but incompetent people that are living of the success of their overseas colleagues. They said they will make an offer, then they added 2 more interviews (?!) from colleagues that also wanted to be involved, then they decided to change the job description and look for a different profile and nobody informed the US team that the offer was already verbally made... all in all... OMG. I wouldn't expect it to be a politic environment, but it is.
