      Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela Unilever em dez. de 2025

      1. Recruiter seems always forgot what they had to do, such us sending interview invitation without mentioning date, forgot to send invitation email with clear detail of location and only sending it after got asked to do so. 2. after an online call with recruiter, i got invited to offline interview. i was in another city and flew to jakarta and spent 1 hour doing study case and another 1 hour of interview. turned out everything was a waste a time. the user (director) was cornering and demeaning me for doing the study case wrong. the question was not difficult but i took approach that fits with the role (which is WRITTEN on job description and DISCUSSED ABOUT WITH THE RECURITER). but user claimed that was not what she is looking for and accussed (once again, ACCUSSED) me, for not understanding the role and the tasks, and that i was just writing down my experience that is not related to the task. user claimed the role is not about tech when the KPIs written in the job description clearly mentioned “CHEF PLATFORM”, “DAU/MAU/MAU”, “TECHNOLOGY AND DATA ROADMAP”, etc. I reached out the recruiter and she was ALSO CONFUSED, because she said something like “my understanding is same as you”. i was so confused what the hell happened. recruiter claimed the job desc itself is coming from that very same user herself. recruiter promised to get back to me to give explanation how that happened, but of course she never did. My assumption is either the user/recruiter, just copied and pasted the job description from the same role in Unilever in another country without checking whether it fits their needs, or, the user herself do not understand about the role she is looking for. user claimed there is no tech platofrm of the business when it literally the first thing popped up when you google the company/business name, with the whole sign up/log in option, and their IG account literally posted an instruction to SIGN UP 2 days before the interview. am i being gaslighted? Please do not waste candidate’ time and energy if you are not going to be clear about the process. i couldn’t believe it, perusahaan sebesar Unilever is doing this?
