A good combination of intelectual and soft skill approach.from fgd through assessment center. Fgd was more on understanding your business insight and digesting issues in face pace, assement center quiet the same
But the interview is very detailed and in dept understanding your achievement and motivation to join the company

After the assessment, the next step is the interview process, which is a pre-recorded video interview, and you are given 10 minutes to prepare your answer to the situational question under 5 minutes

Which Unilever Planet and Society commitment are you most passionate about and why?
I think if I prepared more, I would do well with the interview. Still, the questions were tough, and the time limit added to the pressure of ensuring that all questions (including the sub-questions) would be answered. It was still a good experience on my end, but a not-so-good experience in my internship-searching self.

Entrevista
online application, assessment test, video/audio type interview and face to face interview. The interview process is partially based as an e-Recruitment interview, which focuses more on a technology form than face to face situation.
