There were 4 steps to apply for UFLP. 1. Online application. This is through their website. 2. Online games. These are 12 short games that test your mind and your decision making skills. 3. On demand video interview. You have to answer case study questions and video record yourself presenting them. You will receive feedback asap about your performance. 4. Discovery Centre (DC) Day. If you are lucky, you will be invited to a full day of activities at the Unilever office. Can't dive into much specific details about the activities, but expect the unexpected. It was a fun and tiring day, to say the least. They waited about a week after the deadline of application to contact candidates if they will be invited to the DC. Then they will schedule you for that. It took a couple of months for me since the application deadline was October, then my DC was in January. Then you have to wait for the feedback or results. For my case, I had about 2 weeks waiting time before they called me for the results. They will give you feedback on your performance on the DC day, areas to improve on and where you shined. I thought I did a good job, I received good feedback on my performance but sadly, they did not select me to be part of the UFLP for Marketing.
