Well structured and to the point. No unnecessary questions on what are your weakness or where do you see yourself in 5 years. The interviewers focused on my area of interest and described the job role in minute details.
I have been asked questions about my experience and overall economy and their effects on company PL. Questions were job related. It was nice overall and was helpful. Finance director was in the meeting as well.
