The phone interview consisted of 2 sections. There were situational questions where I was given a specific problem and I had to provide my solution to it. The second part was about general knowledge about Unilever and I had to explain why I want to take part in the Spring Insight as well. It was a very schematic interview, the interviewer was looking for keywords. A lot of questions I had to answer can be easily found on glassdoor website. A lot of questions were completely unrelated to the are I applied to (Technology Management) which was quite frustrating.
