I applied to Unilever Finance UFLP program in an Asian country, therefore they required me to speak the national language there. The first phase was an online behavioral test that most companies have adopted recently. Next was the Hirevue interview asking a behavioral question in a company situation.
Before the Discovery Centre I joined an online group with other candidates and discussed the topic before the actual day.
The Discovery day itself consisted of multiple behavioral tests and check different components of my personality and presentation skills.

Entrevista
I completed an online assessment which had questions to understand my alignment with the company culture, values and personality. It continued with some numerical and verbal questions. Overall the test difficulty was average and there are a lot of videos on youtube if you want to take a look at the questions, I believe they ask the same ones.
The interview process is very long as there are multiple rounds to choose a few applicants out of >1000 applicants each year: CV => Screening Test => Digital Interview (Assessment center + 1-1 interview) => Assessment Center => Final Interview
The process was very long and it's understandable for an MNC with thousands of applications
