I applied online, the process took long time of more than a month. After that I received an email for online video recording interview. I did not received a call after that.
Difficult in terms of what to expect but went well in terms of how it went around the topics regarding certain brands and relevant topics around such topics. This meant undergoing different strategies to prepare.

They give you questions to answer, and you are given around 3.5 minutes to figure out a response. Afterwards, they give you a case study of sorts where you explain how you would go about conveying this information to someone else.
