Round 1 telephone, Round 2 HR and Line Manager face to face, Round 3 Sales Director face to face - feedback took about 10 working days after the final round. Questionable one sentence feedback.

Seemed great with relevant questions and a very friendly set of people. Was given feedback as well as to the outcome but not told why. My concern is that I was told by a friend and colleague that the post would be filled by a certain individual and it was .. thus the entire process was a tick-box exercise.
