1) CV Screening 2) Online assessments 3) Online one-way interview HireVue (situations + how would you react) 4) Full assessment day in the office (for which they ask you to prepare a business proposal) During the assessment day, you're not allowed to discuss your background or experience. It's only focussed on your 'performance' during the cases and discussions.

I have applied to several positions at this company but never received any response. not even a rejection email. It’s disappointing not to hear anything after putting in the effort.
There was a total of 2 behavioral interviews, 1 group case study, and 1 individual case study. It was a super day of interviews and I heard back shortly after that I received the offer.
