I applied through the website in August 2023. I heard back from them after one month, when they requested to have an onsite 2-hour interview with not much flexibility on the interview dates, as they were in a hurry to hire someone. No travel compensation was provided either. Even if I asked multiple times on how to prepare for the interview, they ensured me that no preparation was needed. At the day of the interview, I was handed a paper and pensil with a lot of technical questions to answer without using the internet. At the second part of the interview I was asked quite a few typical corporate questions such as, give an example when you had a confict etc, do you see yourself in the future working at Unilever etc. They were supposed to notify successful candicates soon after, but another month went by and there were no updates whether I got rejected or not.
