I was keep on waiting till 12.35 nobody from HR team came to address anything about interview. So I decided to leave and informed reactionist about it. I got a call from the recruiter describing the basics of the position and the team I would be joining if I accepted the job. I got put in touch with the manager of the team and her manager where they set up interview times with me over the phone. My manager's manager called me to chat about a few things on my resume, and it was very informal and comfortable.
During the actual interview with my manager and one other team member, they asked me just a few very simple technical questions and listed off a bunch of the technologies and frameworks they used, asking my familiarity with them and explaining those that I didn't know much about, which was most of them. This all took place within a week's worth of time.

Was approached by two different headhunters - yes, TWO - for the same position. Definite desperation.
The first headhunter, I asked to be placed remotely, otherwise I would have to demand a rather ridiculous asking due to relocation and cost of living. Never heard back after I gave them the figure.
The second headhunter made it clear that they were willing to pay "six figures" to fill the role. So basically they weren't willing to accommodate remote worker (which would save them THOUSANDS), but they were willing to throw money away. I did not continue the process.
