I submitted my application on line at 9PM. The next morning I had an e-mail asking me to participate in an on line interview through my computer or smart phone device. Obviously a computer generated e-mail after my resume went through their filters.
I am fine doing a video interview, except you have 48 hours to complete it, or the link expires. That can be challenging if you are out of town, or it is the weekend and you have obligations. I don't necessarily travel everywhere with my suit and tie. They will ask 5-6 questions where you have 30 seconds to read the question, and up to 3 minutes to answer (don't take the full 3 minutes).
A couple of days later, you may get an e-mail saying you are "being considered" after further review of your resume. Then a couple of weeks to several months later you'll receive another e-mail saying they have chosen other candidates (I've applied to a couple of positions).

Four round interview. 1st Hr, 2nd Executive Team Leader, 3rd Vice President, and then Account Executive. Took about 2 weeks to complete all 4 interviews. Due to scheduling. Interviews were virtual and serious but laid back.

I received a phone call from the manager at the time requesting an initial meeting with me. After that, I took a personality/intelligence test at a testing center. A week later, I got a call back from the manager who initially interviewed me asking me to come in and have another interview with him, as well as another manager. About a week after that, I got the news that I was hired.
