I initially applied through a 3rd party website. As soon as I completed the online app I was sent an email to complete an online assessment. Finished, than a couple days later I was emailed to schedule an in person assessment, which was just going over our uploaded resume and making sure to double check our online app and to print it out.
After that we did a online test which was testing our basic computer skills. Once I was done with the test the recruiter scheduled a phone interview with me before I left. Once I was done with the phone interview the recruiter (She was realllllly nice) advised me I will be contacted further if they decide to further my application. And later that afternoon I received a phone call to schedule an in person interview. When I went in to the interview there were 3 Supervisors/Managers there asking me typical behavioral questions. situational and reaction types of questions. I believe everything went really well, However a few days after that I received a phone call that the next training classes are full but they would like to place me as a stand by in case someone doesn't show. I would receive a phone call the same day class starts and I need to be able to be there within the hour. I declined, as I advised the recruiter I need more notice. I would also like to give my current employer a 2 week notice. I didn't feel leaving my job now to remain on standby in the event something MAY happen is not smart. She was understanding and states she will contact me when there is another class available.
With that said, Did I get the job? I have no idea =) But have no fear I will continue where I am now..Makes me wonder with a company who has these job openings wouldnt they have an idea how many employees their looking to hire..and have enough classes ready to go? It would be much more efficient and def more respectful of the potential employees.

Not any difficult questions. Questions are like: Have you ever been in a situation where you made a hard decision, had an irate customer? etc
The interview process was quick. During the process my recruiter was able to explain everything in great detail. It was a refreshing experience. It consisted of in person and group interviews.

Explain a situation where you had to assist an unhappy customer.
Once you finally get a call it’s a quick interview process. I did 2 interviews but decided to move on. Pretty standard stuff, will ask you about previous insurance and/or customer service experience. Low entry level pay.

Interview process is different. You receive an email interview to go over the position and answer questions and you video your answers. If selected you continue on to the next interview with and find out if you got the position or not.

Normal interview question, introduce yourself, tell me about a time when you had to deal with an upset customer and how did you handle it? How do you handle constructive critism.
