I had an on-campus interview followed by an on-site interview with HR leaders. The process was smooth and structured. Some behavioral questions but mostly it's about learning your background and knowing your personality, The process took over 3 weeks to complete.

Applied online and heard back from the recruiter right away. In person interview was scheduled shortly after. Very professional recruiter. Interview seemed more for 'fit' and they didn't really ask a lot of typical questions. But - now it's been almost two months and...crickets. Despite me following up more than once. It's disappointing that they can't get back to me with an official yes or no when I've invested so much time into the process.
