Entrevista
Called for phone interview. Did s screening with a recruiter. Met one on one with a nurse manager three weeks later. Offer called to me within one week. Negotiated salary and was able to get competitive wages. Drug screen and TB test completed the next week and then start date given!

Describe an time when you have made a mistake and how did you handle it
Virtual interview with 3 people. Typical interview questions. Asking about self and scenario questions. Took about 30 minutes. It was actually rescheduled without consulting me about my availability. This was my first zoom interview with multiple people, it was a little unnerving

Entrevista
Started out well. But interviewer became abrupt and one had no further interest in the position. Was totally turned off and didn’t feel I could function in that environment. They hung the phone interview while speaking .
Had multiple interviews with management and Human Resources. They asked multiple questions regarding case scenarios related to patients and what you would do and general skills related to nursing and remote work.
