Entrevista
I just gave a digital interview for Sr Report Analyst position and yet have to hear from the recruiter. I got an email after 10 days of my application with a link to conduct online interview using HireView. You have 48 hours to give the interview and the email also includes helpful tips on giving digital interview. There is an option to practice before you start actual interview. I practiced for almost an hour until I felt comfortable with this type of interview. The actual interview consisted 5 questions, you have 30 seconds to prepare for each question before you start recording. 3 minute is given to reply to the question and you can use as little or entire 3 minutes to record your answer. Overall, it was a good experience and hopefully I hear back from them!

Describe your experience with SQL database, data structure, administration and data warehouse
Met with hiring leader then I had a standard technical Interview. Shortly after u received an offer. After some negotiation I accepted the offer and I started my new role shortly thereafter
Five (5) interviews before they realized I was overqualified. The process was a little drawn out in my personal; opinion. In some cases, there are two to three(2-3) weeks between the interview.
Was supposed to interview with the hiring manager but somehow in the meeting, one more person popped up out of nowhere. I was thinking it of more being like a screen but apparently they said that this is the final interview in the process. So the hiring manager alone gets to decide who gets the job, talk about biasness.
In terms of the questions, a set of behavioural and technical questions were asked however, instead of whiteboarding, I was asked to explain differences in SQL functions. A lot of focus on theory than practice.
Finally, for about 1.5 months, the recruiter kept telling me that my application is still under consideration until after they hired someone.
