Video zoom call with the recruiter and hiring manager. The interview questions ranged from the general questions about background and experience and then questions using the STAR method. I was offered a position but the pay was not acceptable and non negotioable

Process took about a month overall. Applied, took an assessment. Was then asked to complete a video interview the next day. About a week and a half later I received a call by a recruiter who scheduled a panel interview ( phone call through teams ) for the next day. Very informative interview, super friendly HM / Supervisors. After that, about a week later I received a call from another Hiring Manager who asked me a few more questions, very welcoming! I was told I would hear back regarding a decision in about a week. ( email if I did not get the offer / phone call if I get the offer ) Received offer phone call the next week. Overall, lengthy process but easygoing and definitely worth it!
