Yes sure! The interview was more than a year ago, so I might not recall both cases in depth. However, the first case was about a public hospital in the GCC that was facing a decline in profitability. After structuring my thoughts and laying down a framework we identified that it’s a cost problem and the goal became to identify what cost component was increasing. The case was very qualitative in terms of breaking down costs and 3 or more layers deep into cost components. The second case was about cinema chain in the GCC that just opened a new branch and has been making profits less than anticipated. This one was very quantitative and did not require as much business acumen as the first. Just focus on making it more of a conversation rather than you being tested. Try to read your interviewer and always be confident and communicate your approach!

Hi! Thank you for sharing your experience. I was wondering if you don't mind sharing the types of cases you were given?
