A lot of confusion overall. I was made to re-do the same interview round twice. Got accepted, declined, accepted and then declined again. One of my onsite interviewers had sub-par communication and collaboration skills, was defensive in their approach and didn’t encourage a healthy design debate. The interview was also unnecessarily long. Overall, it felt like the team wasn’t convinced or motivated by their own product.
