I had one face to face interview with my supervisor. It was a simple conversation where we talked about my experience and type of shows I produced. Within one week I had an offer. I was told that unfortunately, there was no room for negotiation of the contractor pay rate because the budget was set. Looking back, I'm not sure how locked in the rate was.

challenges in previous production experiences, tell me about who you are, etc. very easy questions. Friendly interviewer. A lot of small talk also helped. But they also want to know that you can do the job and potentially also exceed their expectation.

went through two rounds of interviews- first, phone interview with Human Resources and then video interview with the team. Entire process (from applying to interviewing to hearing back) was less than a month

Entrevista
There was an original Phone Call then an In Person Meeting. Simple chat about job functions and responsibilities and previous experiences. Typical job interview protocol. I wouldn't worry about it if you are confident in your work.
