Entrevista
The Process consisted of 3 rounds over the span of a month or so. Started with a HR call, then a short interview with the hiring manager. I was then given a take home assignment which I had to complete in a couple days for a panel. The panel interview was spread out individually over the same day.

What are some of the challenges that may arise while working with Engineers?
The recruiting process itself was fairly standard, but communication between interview rounds could have been more transparent. There were extended periods without follow-ups, which made the overall experience feel less clear at times.

How have you used data to influence your decisions?
It was a very straightforward interview process. I did a short phone screener with HR and then met with the hiring manager via Zoom. The questions were everything you'd expect - past experience, situational questions, etc.
