I initially applied directly from the website. Got a call from the an HR manager which explained the job requirements, estimated salary, and and just go to know me to see if I fit the role. Had a 1 hour interview with the operations manager the following week. The next week I had 4, 1 hour long interviews back to back that started a 7pm. After a few weeks, I was extended an offer. whole process took and 6 weeks.
