Informal and informative - I was interviewed by someone who would eventually become my manager. She was easy going in the interview and asked for specific examples where I overcame adversity or frustration in the workplace, etc... Pretty typical interview questions. Nothing out of the box, which was frustrating as I expected a leader in the technology space to be a little more forward-leaning in their approach to talent acquisition.

Usually 2 sets of interviews during the same day, will ask you multiple scenario questions, the questions are geared to see how you will interact in a team environment.
