I had a recruiter screen followed by a technical screen and was told they wanted to continue to the next step, a take-home project that should be completed in 24 hours of receiving it. I asked the recruiter to send it on a Tuesday, he didn't. I followed up and asked him to send it on a Friday, he didn't. I then asked him to send it whenever was convenient for him, and he said their interview process was in flux and he would get back to me as soon as this change was settled. That was 2 months ago and after numerous followups to the recruiter, it's clear that I have been ghosted.
